ABOUT THE POSITION

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provide and maintain a high standard of customer service and technical support to all customers. Working in a fast-paced environment where communication between you and your colleagues is important. Troubleshooting and problem solving technical issues queried by customers to a high standard and in a good timely manner. Monitoring the performance and uptime of our hardware to ensure customers face no dissatisfaction or interruptions with their service(s).

SHIFTS
Wednesday - Sunday 00:00 - 07:00 GMT

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
A strong background in gaming. Professional experience within customer service. Good self-motivation and a good work ethic. The ability to multitask and the capability of working under pressure. Excellent troubleshooting skills and a logical approach to technical problems. Can work well independently and be a proactive team player. A way to connect to the internet to continue working should your primary internet have any issues.

DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Experience managing multiple gameservers. Experience using WHMCS and/or TCAdmin2. Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software. Experience using Linux. Programming experience.

Bringing in and managing sponsored streamers/youtubers/etc

Ability to balance different roles. Excellent people skills. Time management, Strong self-motivation to develop relationships. Experience in a customer service role. The ability to work well alone and as part of a team. Strong knowledge of developing a business.

Good knowledge of google ads, Experience using WHMCS and/or TCAdmin2
